Premium wigs have synthetic fibers which are easy to take care of because synthetic wigs have something called “style retention,” they never have to be styled. You simply wash, dry and then shake them out, and the wig will return to its initial style. Weather changes also doesn’t affect the style. They require very little maintenance beside keeping them tangle free and clean.

Our Synthetic wigs can be straightened or curled with heated styling tools. If you do choose to use heat on your wig, just be mindful that you're changing the style of the hair and it will not return to its original form. I always recommend using a heat protectant spray and using the lowest temperature possible.

Premium wigs can come with different lace front types and parting styles. Make sure to check out the descriptions of each wig. HD Transparent Swiss Lace is the highest quality lace in our Premium wig line. The lace is meant to blend into your skin tone for an undetectable appearance. These wigs can be worn with or without gluing them down.

These wigs can not be colored.

We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada and the US on all orders over $300*.

*Subtotal of the order has to be $300 and over, including any discounts. Free shipping is not calculated on the value of the order. We are happy to combine orders for you whenever possible to save on shipping.

Orders shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba: Flat rate shipping cost of $15

Orders shipping to all other Canadian provinces: Flat rate shipping cost of $18

United States Shipping: $18

All other International Shipping: Cost calculated at checkout

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to ship out all orders within 12-72 hours pending verification of payment. Please note: Certain customization may experience delay in your order being filled.

All orders are shipped Expedited, via Canada Post.

IMPORTANT : Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer's responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $15 if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.

You can upgrade any Canadian shipment to Priority and the amout will calculate at checkout.

You may also choose to pick up your purchase curb side. Just select the local pick-up option at checkout, and we'll e-mail you further instructions when it's ready for pick up.


Package Says Delivered But You Can't Find It?
If your package say's delivered and you can't find it (it isn't always dropped at your door; please check your community mailbox if you have one). Sophia Lyn. is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.

My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Sophia Lyn is not responsible for stolen packages.
