Item/s didn't work out in your online order? 

Follow these simple steps:

*Items must have original tags on and be in resalable condition 

*All sale items are final sale. 

*To begin a return, please email info@sophialyn.ca indicating or message Sophia Lyn Lifestyle's page with your name, phone number, and a description of what you're sending back, within 3 days of receiving your order.

*Wait for confirmation

*Pack your item back up in original box 

*Send it back to address provided *customer is responsible for shipping cost*

*Once item is returned to us, we will issue an instore credit, or if available, send you the size of your choosing. *shipping on us, applicable once per order.
